Shanghai Office Affairs Manager -- Pudong FTZ

We are a European textile company with a liaison office in Shanghai (inside the Swiss Center in Pudong Pilot Free Trade Zone) and we are looking for a Shanghai Office Manager with below skills and traits:

• Excellent, native-level Mandarin + English communication skills (speaking, writing, listening)
• Preferably residing close or within a manageable proximity to the Pilot FTZ in Pudong district (Swiss Center in FTZ provides shuttle service from the nearest station on Line 12, which is the Shenjiang Road Station)
• Disciplined, punctual, outgoing, organized, loyal personality with marketing / sales spirit
• Ability / Skills to create dialogue and communicate with people from various backgrounds; from high-level managers to industrial workers at production plants
• With sufficient knowledge / background on import export, logistic operations to handle / present commercial cases from a logistic standpoint
• Organizing, handling the communication between European HQ and China HQ / Clients in China / China Sales Team
• Executing a vertical management system by gathering daily reports, order information from colleagues and reporting these to the European HQ, vice-versa
• Keeping the Shanghai office sample stock information up-to-date, communicating with European HQ for sample requests, following up the results and reporting
• Handling the daily phone traffic, going thru main office emails, communicating with clients on a daily basis
• When necessary, organizing business visit plans for the sales directors and the sales team
• When necessary, assisting INTER S.A. for recruitment processes, finding potential sales agents/ distributors in and outside of P.R.C.
• Organizing trade fair participations, handling the details and requests
• When necessary, availability for domestic and international travel
