Spinal Health in Shanghai: Which Dr or hospital?

Which hospital or clinic has the best doctors for Spine related issues?
I've been to Tongji Hospital and seen 3 doctors in the hospital all have differing opinions. I also saw one at Changhai which gave me a misdiagnosis. I'm look for a physiotherapist|Osteopath|Chiropractor and I'd prefer to go to the Foreign section in a Chinese hospital or an international hospital that is actually worth it and not money hungry.
