Tai Qi Uniform (Shanghai)

Hi all, a friend in the US has asked me to find a tailor to custom make a very good quality Tai Qi uniform for him (one of those flowing silk suits that people wear when they do Tai Qi in the park). He wants good raw silk and good tailoring.

Seems like a place like that existed in the Yu Garden area 5 or 6 years ago. But with the area under construction and no street address, there is no use in trying to find it by simply going there. Can anybody help?
