Where is the best City/town/Uni to improve chinese (Shanghai)

Hello,

I have been in Shanghai for several years, due to workload and constant business travels I haven't had time to really focus in learning Chinese.

My basic chinese is the survival one, and I am looking to go to another town/city or place in China to improve the language.

Any recommendation of City and universities where you think it will be a good exposure for someone that wants to just focus in learning chinese and doesn't mind leaving a big city life just to expose himself to real china for 4 months more less.

I was thinking Kunming, or Wuxi or Anhui.. bt anybody knows good schools/unis in this cities or other places?
