Who's Who, Wai White Dragon- any comments on the recent development ? (Shanghai)

After long months of thinking and being recontacted I joined WWW last autumn, just to learn in december Protected content 'business model' was changed.
In reality it means apparently all employees got fired and no events or books are being produced until further notice due to lack of funds.

Did anybody else here have more infor or comments ? I will make this public and definitely ask for refund.
