Who wants to learn Mandarin with me? (Shanghai)

Ok, the thing is, I've been living in China for a year now and my chinese is still pathetic. I have tried taken classes, had a private tutor but life always got on the way and needless to say friends were all speaking english (And yes, I wasn't probably trying enough).

I just recently moved to Shanghai (from Beijing) and I'm thinking of making a brand new start. Anyone interested in starting with me, someone who's also a beginner?

I'm thinking about getting a private tutor to come to my house so I'm inviting someone to join, share the cost and pain.
