Working (Shanghai)

Hi everyone,
I´ve been working for one year in a chinese company, My doubt is if the annual bonus is marked by law or only mutual consent of both parties?
at the other hand, 5 days of paid-annual leave, means that you will not be discount of these 5 days from your basis salary, not that you will receive extra money.
Could somebody explain me these 2 issues?
