Apply to be a Vericant Part-Time Interviewer (Shenzhen)

Overview: Conduct English interviews with high school, university, or graduate applicants
Salary: RMB 1,000 / full day
Location: Shenzhen

Interview students according to Vericant’s Behavioral Interview Guidelines
Follow Vericant’s Interview Day Process and Communication Policy Guidelines
Maintain professionalism throughout the interview process
Work a minimum of 4 weekend days or 6 weekdays a month from September until March
Develop a close understanding of Vericant’s mission, vision, and the international admissions process within China

Essential Qualifications:
Native English speaker
Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Able to comfortably converse in Mandarin (HSK Level 3 or Higher)
Excellent interpersonal skills - warm and friendly
Able to communicate professionally and effectively with Vericant clients and staff
Able to take initiative and work independently, as well as adapt quickly in unexpected situations
Able to communicate and interact well with students

Desired Qualifications:
Experience working in Mainland China
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Flexibility to work additional days as necessary (with preference given to those with weekend availability)
An interest in the education industry within China

Develop strong interviewing skills
Have a hand in changing the way applicants are evaluated for admissions within China
