Help ! How to edit the Academic Title ? (Shenzhen)

Good moring to friends here!:)
I tried to fill in my personal profile infromation from Internation account and it shows my title is : " Miss Dr. Nina Zhi". It should be Miss Nina Zhi only, but failed to revmove the Dr. from the Academic Title column because it doesn't offer any choice to delete it.
Anybody know how to remove it? I will be appreciated for your help!
