I need reference about Connecting Visions (Shenzhen)

Hello Everyone!

I was offered a job as English Teacher in Shenzhen and the agency who is doing all the hiring process is called Connecting Visions. Does anybody here know about this agency, whether they are reputable or not?

I never lived in China and I am considering to embark in this opportunity but I am a little concerned at the same time. I was told as well that I can fly to Hong Kong and get a tourist visa over there to enter mainland China and, after that I would be able to apply for the work visa (or the school would do it). Is that an accurate information?
