Looking for people in Luohu District (Shenzhen)

hey there people, I have been in Shenzhen for close to 6 months now and I still do not have any friends who I can converse in English with (not that I mind conversing in Mandarin but I just feel more comfortable with English). I would love to meet anyone who would like to have a meal, play badminton or just chill out at a bar. Is there anyone living in or near Luohu District?
