need to find a serviced and flexible office space (Shenzhen)

Hi, can any of you assist? I need to find some flexible serviced office space in Shenzhen for a new project we are kicking off.
Ideally either a office that gives us an address and maybe even secretarial support that we can then use when we need to on a day hire basis or a rented desk and storage in a office or even part of a office from another company we can sub let a bit of.
Ideally in the west of Shenzhen B0an or shekou or towards futian or nanshan.
