TIPS NEED. (Shenzhen)

Hello , i am moving to shenzhen beginning of May and i am lost so the only i know is that i will work in a company based in Hangdu building, CATIC zone, Shennan Road central so i will really apreciate if you have some advices to me for choosing the best place to life ,eveybody is saying that trafic is kind of hell.
I will like to life in a place where i can enjoy a bit the local life.
i could have also the oportunity to hire a car driver , is there any adress i can handle that ?
