Travelling between HK-Shenzhen everyday?

I will be interning at a company for a few months close to the Shopping Park metro in Futian, and wondering if it is easy to commute everyday to work from Hong Kong, as I have accommodation in HK.

Could someone give me any tips on how easy/accessible the commute is like between HK-Shenzhen if I were to do that every day? How long would it take? How long would it take to get through the Futian checkpoint during rush hour?
