I am hoping this year to make my move to an expat lifestyle. After years of looking at this possibility, I feel the only way is to know expats in your new community and get their advice about how to make a smooth move. Basic cost advice would be essential; price of housing, groceries, pubs, taxis, public transportation. How far can one stretch a social security income to have a decent lifestyle?
