Asia Financial Consulting is assisting a client to recruit a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director of the Company which is in the financial services sector. The location at present is still unknown as office hunting is ongoing now. At least, our client prefers it near MRT Station for convenience of staff.
The Responsibilities include the following:
Protected content the MD in full spectrum of secretarial duties and helping him manage and prioritise his time;
Protected content and ensure the smooth running of the MD office;
Protected content on behalf of the MD meetings between him and his overseas/local business associates and clients;
Protected content the MD is fully briefed on, pr prepared for, any engagements he is involved in;
Protected content in drafting letters, memorandums and handling corporate matters;
Protected content travel arrangement, visa applications, accommodation bookings and expenses claims processing;
Protected content guests meeting with MD are well taken care of;
Protected content in ad-hoc projects and maintaining administrative records as a bridge for the outsource accounting team.
The Requirements of the Candidate are:
Protected content or relevant experience in PA Duties
Protected content have more than 2 years of secretarial experience
Protected content English communication and interpersonal skills
Protected content good deal of common sense, etiquette and an ability to think on one's feet
Protected content communication skills, both verbal and written
Protected content personable, flexible and mature approach with ability to work independently
