Job Description • Drafting of correspondence and assisting in preparation of legal documentation • Corresponding with third parties, other businesses and authorities .Assist in preparation of databases, precedents, documentation and contract management. .Handle administrative duties in Legal department. •Other ad hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements: •Qualification: A-Level; Diploma; Degree •3-5 years of relevant working experience •Highly Proficient in MS Office •Independent and able to work well in a fast paced environment. •Effectively bilingual in spoken & written English and Portuguese . Based in Singapore. Prefer candidates who are already staying in Singapore.
