Anyone living in Keppel Bay Area/Harbourfront (Singapore)

Heya everyone, i just moved to Singapore for work and I will be working around Raffles Place. I was just wondering if there was a small community or group of people living around Keppel Bay Area as I was looking at a room to rent at the Caribbean Condo @ Keppel Bay but I'm not at all familiar with the place much and would be great to find people living around the area :) do drop me a note here or even private msg me.
