Banking Salaries. Any ideas? (Singapore)

Hi, I'm new here in this forum. I'm in the midst of negotiating a role in Singapore for one of the global banks. It will be local terms, senior vp/director role in institutional banking sales origination. Just need a ballpark of annual base pay as well as bonus and other perks (must haves) I should be considering. I am married with a 2 year old daughter who are both joining me in SG, I know pay will vary depending on experience, bank, sector, etc but at least a range would be a good guide for me.
