Best beauty salons in town? (Singapore)

Hi,
This one is for the ladies. Can anyone share the name(s) of good beauty parlors where they do proper waxing? Have recently tried one in Orchard (Visage at Delfi Orchard) and was ripped off and pissed off with horrible service.
Let me know if you have tried it anywhere else and what are your recommendations.
