Bomb Shelter (Singapore)

Hi All,

I'm thinking of turning my bomb shelter into a little library or maybe just a more organized storage space. Anyway, the one in my flat is especially hot and humid. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to keep it dry and cool? Every time I open the door, it's just like stepping into a sauna, even if the rest of the apartment is cool.
