Camera with "flash" format - INFO REQUIRED (Singapore)

Does anyone know which camera/materials I need for this? It should be able to film/record and upload to website in 'flash' format without having to be converted from say an AVI file which takes up to 10 hours..

Need to purchase a suitable camera for a work project but have no knowledge so hoping someone can help with this techy quesion..
