childcare options (Singapore)

Hi to everybody and especially who is an ExPat with child,

I am wondering how to find an condominium or better a flat which is located such that it is possible to bring my kid to the kindergarden in the early morning, go to work (not knowíng yet where this will be, but likely in the center) and collect him (3 yrs) in the late afternoon. Unfortunately we won't be able to stay there for a week and scan the kindergartens.

As my partner is going to work in Woodlands, and I will likely get work in the center (legal / IP business) and w e love the green parts too, we are looking for a place to live in Upper Bukhit Timah. Any advice or even recommendation on local kindergartens is highly welcome !

It would also be nice to get in touch with other ExPats with kids at this age,
