Company went bankrupt and I am stuck in Singapore

Recently my company went bankrupt and is now in liquidation. This has precluded them not honoring repatriation or severance packages My furniture just arrived about 30 days ago. I have only been here since 08/2013. My question is if I am not bale to pay my tax burden will they force me to stay in singapore, will they freeze my bank account, will they keep my furniture from being shipped back over to the states? Will they not let me wife leave singapore since she is tied to my ep pass. Just a little freaked out. Any suggestions will be accepted.
