In this workshop led by food consultant: We will discuss how can diet affect mood, suggest diet for individuals, Junk food Blues, treating depression with food, and how to identify which types of foods are responsible for your body ailments. We’ll also discuss the issues related to gluten intolerance and Celiac Disease –what are the symptoms, how they can affect our life, and how to cope with them eating and living in Singapore.
