Donation Box at Friday 25th event‏ (Singapore)

Dear all

An earthquake with a magnitude of 9.0 hit Japan at 2.46 pm on March 11th, Protected content . A Tsunami of about 10 meters followed and wiped out towns off the map entirely.

As a Japanese national, I really feel I want to help, but what can I do since I am here in Singapore? Therefore, I have already spoken to Svenja and we decided to place a donation box at the reception counter on Friday’s InterNations event.

I would like to take this opportunity to ask for donations to extend a helping hand to the suffering people of Japan. I do not expect big amounts, even giving one cent or your change is OK.

The collected money will be donated in InterNations community Singapore’s name to the Japan RedCross via Singapore RedCross. Please support this. I am very grateful for your help.
