Finding a doctor (Singapore)

Hi, arrived in Singapore with one of my daughters 3 days ago, husband and older daughter arriving next Tuesday. Have had hearing loss in my left ear since Sunday, feels like sinus, never experienced before!
Taken decongestants since Saturday when symptoms started to no avail. Any advice on finding a doctor and how much it would cost for consultation? Husband has insurance with his new job but I shall have to pay then claim back when he arrives.
Driving me crazy as struggling with school and looking for houses when I can't hear well especially with other sounds going on in the background :-(
