Finding an Apartment and Negotiating (Singapore)

Hi Everyone,

Very excited to have joined this organization!
My husband and I are moving to Singapore and looking for an apartment for Feb 1.

Is the best way to find an apartment via the websites I find when doing a google search? (Mostly property guru and property)

Also, maybe of the listings say negotiable. For an apartment listed between 3k-4k SG, what's realistic in terms of negotiating?
