Grocery shoppen gin Malaysia? (Singapore)

Hi All,
I think (like probably most of you) groceries are rather expensive. Been shopping at FairPrice, which is somewhat reasonable. Thinking about trying to get the bulk of shopping done in Malaysia. Is there anyone doing it? Or is it not worth the hassle?
