Gross - Net Income Calculation (Singapore)

Hi there,

I´m considering moving to Singapore and try to prepare myself for salary negotiations. Can someone give me a hint how big the difference is between a monthly gross salary and the net amount? I found out that there´s a flat tax rate for on-residents of 15% - but what about e.g. health insurance? Any other taxes, fees, etc.?
A link to an appropriate website would help as well.
