Help! Plumber and Electrician needed! (Singapore)

Does anyone know a plumber who doesn't charge an arm and leg for replacing a faulty tap. I've finally given up trying after realising that I run the risk of flooding my place.

I seem to be going through a technological meltdown right now. Need a qualified electrician to run some wires. Tried doing that too and have ended up instead with dangling wires which actually works better than a fly trap. Nevertheless, I have concluded that some things should be left to the professionals.

Anyone? I would be eternally grateful.
