How easy to find a job in Sing. before moving in ? (Singapore)

Hi ! I am a young professional working in the Aeronautical Industry (Airport) in the Accounting/HR fields. Currently living in Montreal, I am trying very hard to find employment in Singapore before moving in ! Are there any head hunters/recruiters suggestions ? How easy is it to find a job on site ? Any tips ?
