India- Chennai floods (Singapore)

Hello people, if you had seen the news there's a huge flood in Chennai-India with water levels in dams reaching its brim, power cut out through out the city, no communication lines, airports closed, shops and ammunitites are all shut down and much more. The city has never experienced anything like this in a Protected content , the whole city is in turmoil. I'm willing to help people there by whatever means we can from here.
