Irish Dancing and Irish Musicians (Singapore)

Hello,

I am one of the irish dancers from the Gaelic Girls Irish Dancing Troupe and we are teaming up with traditional Irish folk musicians, the Broken Pokers to perform in Singapore and Malaysia. We are based in Perth, Western Australia. We will be there from the 15th-24th of July, and then will be travelling to Malaysia to represent Ireland at a multicultural dance festival.

I thought I would post on this forum to see if anyone could point us in the right direction to perform at any events during this time, this is not a money-making exercise for us at this stage - we will be delighted if we can sustain ourselves for 10 days in your city with minimal living expenses and play as many gigs as we can, connect with the Irish community in Singapore and explore your beautiful city!

We have contacted the main Irish pubs and are awaiting confirmation and are currently exploring the possibility of dancing at any other any other events during our stay.

We have previously performed in Japan and Northern Queensland in Australia.
