Ladies! Hairdresser recomendations please! (Singapore)

Hello everyone,
I have now been away from my normal hairdresser for too long and I am starting to look like a scare crow! Do any of you have a recomendation for a hairdresser who can tackle my curly, frizzy, scandinavian hair?
I will need major work IE highlights, colouring and cut.
