This is a short term let only (approx 3 months...)
If you are relocating to Singapore and want to have a temporary place to stay and look around to decide which is the best part of town for you to live in, look no further (I have done the same when moving to Singapore!). Also for any other instances and you need a temporary accommodation, this may be right for you.
The Room and Flatmates:
A great master room, very large and very bright is available in perfectly located condominium in the heart of joo chiat area.
You will be sharing a three bedroom apartment with two others; a german lady very friedly and lovely and an aussie guy that has been living in Singapore for almost a year now; both can share with you a series of tips of how to enjoy the place at its best... The great thing of this apartment is that it is one room to each, common areas are spacious and comfy and it is strategically located a short ride away between the city center and the airport. The large balcony is perfect for nights' chill out and has a growing little garden :-) ...the flat is in a condo that has full facilities like gym, bbq pit and a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi...
Utility bills are shared three ways averaging Protected content per month, one month deposit is required, which you will get back once your temporary letting period expires...no general rules in the house other than respecting of each other's spaces....maybe smoking in the balcony could be the only restriction, but it is better than having the lounge smoked up! we are social smokers, so if you are a total non smoker, there is no problem as we would respect that.
Please get in touch and arrange a viewing at your earliest convenience if you are interested....the renting will start around the end of November (flexible), until the end of February (also quite flexible). The reason for this room being available for short term only is that I am going to travel and will be back sometime in the new year...
Don't miss the chance to live in one of the best areas of singapore, which is full of charm and also recommended by timeout as one of the top 10 areas to visit and enjoy in Singapore. (I cannot paste the link to timeout for some reason, but you can check it out under the aroundtown, things to do in singapore...)
The best way to appreciate how cool the place is and how convenient it is, is to come by, meet your future flatmates and look around.
The nearest MRT is paya lebar, which is a 5 minutes bus ride. other great ways to link to the city center is to take bus Protected content to tanjong pagar and ruffles place - express service in the morning is a 15 mins door to door) or 14 that goes to orchard and the like...the airport is also less than 10 minutes away which is great and very un-expensive to reach...
