Requirements

 Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel

 Experience in any accounting software especially Xero will be an advantage

 Good written English – Mandarin is an advantage

 Excellent communication skills with high level of customer/ people oriented skills.

 Able to commence work ASAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

 Responsible for office admin duties

 Prepares payments and staff claims

 Vendor and supplier relations

 Assist the team with paperwork functions

 General admin duties

 Ad hoc assignments when required

Salary Range (S$ Protected content S$ Protected content

Working Hours: 9am – 5pm
