Looking for people to join Outrigger Canoeing (Singapore)

I am looking for people keen to join Outrigger Caneoing and/or Dragonboat, particularly from Switzerland (but anybody welcome).

Outrigger Canoeing is a sport originating in Hawaii and the Pacific Islands. In Singapore our home base is Tanjong Beach on Sentosa Island. It's a great work out and you get out of the city and away from the hectic life. Also, you get the chance to paddle to the still not so known Southern Islands of Singapore and that all with your own musclepower :)

In August, we have a fun race called the 'country of origin', this is where we are racing as crews based on nationalities. For this year, we would like to have a swiss team at the start line. We already have over 10 other nationalities joining.

No big requirements, as long as you are fairly healthy, keen on doing or trying out watersport (because you get wet), love the ocean and nature and like to meet people from all over the world with different backgrounds and stories.
