LTVP (Singapore)

hey!
I am from Paraguay and now trying to establish myself in SG. I hold a short term visit pass and already renewed it twice going out of SG and coming back just to get 30 more days. I don t know until when will ICA let me do this. I tried to extend once and it was denied. Now I am thinking about applying for a LTVP? does anybody have any advices or tips on "how to" do it? where to begin? my boyfriend is British, we are living together here and he holds an employment pass.
We already contacted the British Embassy and they were not helpful at all :(
There is no Paraguayan Embassy in Sg :(
