Moisture Absorber / Combact Humidty (Singapore)

Hi Everyone,
I am finding out that after months of planning the perfect move to Singapore that I neglected to educate myself about humidity and all the horrible things it can do to our personal stuff. I have not lost much, but want to get it under control. I have a feeling moisture is activating my allergies and ruining leather purses, luggage etc.

I Started using the Hippo in closets last month. Any tips or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
