move to and work in Singapore

Hi!, sorry. there is someone to give a hand here? Pls?I am going to move to Singapore probably until the end of this year and I have to do it because my husband is moving with the Comp he works to. I have to informed my self to find a propre place to live and a job. I am a doctor, I am from Romania UE - Bucharest.
I would like to rent an apart-a condomn for 2 persons to cost no more than a rent of Protected content /month , something clean and nice. but I do not know the area. I do not know a thing about the bills. the ussually costs for energy, heat, water, gas, food, a.s.o....I have also to informe my self to get a hospital to work and to get the aproval from the authorithies for my qualification. I do not know the steps for this procedure and I do not know what are generally the life costs over there? ussually costs.Can you give me some informations for start? Thank you very much.. cristina
