New to Singapore - weekly mixers?

Hello all!

I'll be moving to Singapore this weekend (from NY) and will be around for Protected content ! I'm looking forward to getting better acquainted with the area and this part of the world. Not to mention making some new friends (ie YOU).

As I'm hoping to explore quite a bit of Singapore (and experiences are always better when shared), does anyone know of any groups of awesome, fun, smart people that get together regularly to try out new food and/or drinks, and make new connections?

If not - let's start one! Let me know if you are interested in such a group and I'll be sure to reach out to you when I know what's going on. We can expand into exploring Singapore's nightlife once we have enough people :)
