SALES AND ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE (Singapore)

Role and Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Managing Partner, his/her job responsibilities will include:
• Sales: Draw up lists of potential trade clients. Make initial and follow-up sales calls
on potential trade clients;
• Sales support: Liaise with trade (hotels and restaurants) and private clients to fulfil
orders in a timely manner. This role includes drawing up of invoices, arrangement of
deliveries (outsourced to a delivery company) and management of inventory in three
storage locations;
• Event management: Handle queries on and arrange tasting sessions. Assist in
preparation and follow-up for tastings, including support in development of
customised materials. Support Managing Partner during and after tasting sessions.
• Administration: Provide administrative support for office and tasting room,
including management and maintenance of office and tasting room, management of
payments from clients and to vendors, management and filing of paperwork;
• Other responsibilities around operating and managing KOT Selections’ business in
Singapore as may arise.

Requirements
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible and personable
• Polytechnic or equivalent qualification; hospitality/F&B focus preferred
• Languages: Fluent English essential; Mandarin, French or Italian preferred
• Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
