Scuba diving in South East Asia around New Year (Singapore)

Hi all,

I am planning a diving trip between Christmas and NewYear somewhere in South East Asia. I am a beginner, so planning to get my padi during that vacation. I am looking for suggestions regarding locations and diving schools for the period between 25/12/ Protected content .
