Setting up a sole proprietorship company (Singapore)

Dear All,

I am in urgent need of an accountant or a agency that helps set up a company.

I have set up a sole proprietorship company in Singapore.

However my LOC got rejected from MOM. My current accountant is telling me its because I have dependent pass and I have only been here for 6 months but I received a letter from MOM and it did not state that.

I need a new accountant that could help me set up everything and apply for all documents necessary. If you know anyone please advice.
