SGD to USD (Singapore)

Hi,

Does any one know the best option to transfer SGD Dollar from Singapore to America bank account in USD Dollar, I have checked with DBS and it is quiet expensive(15 dollar SGD per transfer + 0.12% commission) and also there is a termination fee Protected content deducted from the receiving account.

Wondering if any one else have a better option comparing all the available. any suggestions pls.
