Sky Dining - the Cable Car Dinner (Singapore)

If you are looking for a rather different dinner with your significant other, I recommend trying the Cable Car Sky Dining Menu. The whole trip lasts between 90 min to 2 hrs, i.e. three rounds between The Jewel Box Station and Sentosa Station.

Cream of Tomato Soup
Served with Garlic Crostini

Smoked Salmon Salad
With Mascarpone cheese

Main Course/Second Round
Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Rosemary Jus
Served with sauteed garden vegetables and potato wedges

Pan-fried fillet of Salmon with Honey Miso
Served with sauteed garden vegetables and mashed potatoes

Dessert/Third Round

Served with chocolate sauce and strawberry coulis
