Starhub or SingTel for Broadband & TV (Singapore)

Hi fellow members,

We will finally be moving into our apartment on 10th January after 6 weeks in a hotel room. The next challenge is who to use for Broadband & TV? I am very keen to have the English Premier League package from SingTel and understand you can subscribe to this even as a Starhub customer.

Any advice or experiences on which would be best as this is our first time in Singapore!
