tour at the dockyards in Singapore

Hi members,

a friend of mine is coming to Singapore and he is a master student in naval architecture. He would like to do a tour to the dockyards of Keppel or other operators to see how the ships are constructed here. Does anyone has an advise on whom to contact to get a guided tour?
