!!Urgent!! info about visit pass (Singapore)

I am to leave soon Protected content from Singapore to Bintan for 3D2N and then come back in Singapore.

- Will i be given a Visit pass?
- Will it be only for 15 days or 3 month? (i am French)
- Is it true that in order to have the 3 month visit pass i can only arrive by plain in Singapore?
